So I watched a video the other day about happiness in our lives. The talk that it came from was really great and one thing they suggested doing was for 21 days, list 3 new things each day you are grateful for.
So here I begin with day 1. Each day I’ll use my posterous account to list them. But for day 1 here are my three things:
* Sunshine – after days of gloomy weather a touch of sun just makes the world seem better
* Calmness – after going to work all day I like the fact if i can slow my heart rate down, stay calm and relax the world becomes a better place
* Convenience – what more needs to be said, our lives are often go go go something easy and convenient makes it all the better, like the auto mode on my coffee machine, RSS feeds for blog, other small things that make our lives easier
