Name:<\/strong> Malcolm Favourites:<\/strong> A little bit of an explanation of my life<\/strong>:<\/p>\n So it’s been a while since I updated this site. My life has changed a lot since I did this stuff 2 years ago. I am a very different person. I have changed who I am and how I live. I look different, feel different and probably even sound different (ok maybe not sound). But my life is changed now. I still love my food, I love to cook and I love to cook for other people. To see the joy in their eyes. I love to travel. I love the joy of going somewhere, the thrill, the excitement. To me though the flight is just part of the journey. I love planes and everything they have to offer. The look, the smell, the feelings, the sensations. Lately I have been a sucker for Frequent Flyer programs. Learning to get the most miles out of my money etc.<\/p>\n Who knows what my life will hold!<\/p>\n Mrs. BigMal\u00a0Says:<\/strong><\/p>\n Wow. I cannot believe that Mr. BigMal hasn’t updated this page in three or four years. And to think! This blog is a big part of how I got to know and love him.<\/p>\n What I know: Mal is one of the most generous and caring people you will ever meet. I don’t think he makes the best impression on everyone (he certainly didn’t make the most dramatic first impression on me), but those of us who really know him understand that we are lucky to have him in our lives. Mal is a goofball, but he is also passionate, driven, and a mighty fine cook.
